It is not something we can chase. It is something we return to.
Throughout the weekend, we will explore the question of joy in all areas of life. Not just on the yoga mat. Through movement, dance, meditation, time in nature, rest, and community. Each part of the retreat is thoughtfully woven around our theme of joy.
