Harvesting Presence

October 16 - 18 | Parry Sound, Ontario

An autumn yoga and mindfulness retreat in nature

Harvesting Presence is an autumn weekend retreat rooted in yoga, mindfulness, nature, rest, and community. As the season begins to change, it reminds us to slow down, gather inward, and prepare for the quieter months ahead. We are also invited to honour the harvest, not only the harvest of the earth, but the harvest of our own lives. What has grown? What has supported us? What are we grateful for? And what are we ready to meet with more awareness?

Around this time of year, we often hear words like “let go” or “surrender”. But before we can truly let go, we must first become present enough to notice what we are holding. Throughout the weekend, we will explore our theme of presence through Hatha yoga, Yin, mindfulness meditation, movement, nature, nourishing meals, reflection, rest, and community. Surrounded by the beautiful colours of the season, we will use the weekend to slow down, listen, and return to the present moment.

This retreat is open to all levels. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have been practising for years, you are welcome to come as you are and move through the weekend at your own pace.

  • Daily vegetarian meals (mediterranean inspired)

  • "I had such an amazing experience. The grounds were absolutely stunning. The yoga and meditation sessions were thoughtfully designed by Isabella, and everything felt intentional without ever feeling overwhelming. Antonella’s food deserves its own shoutout. Every meal was incredible and clearly prepared with so much love and care. I couldn’t recommend this retreat more".
